Experts in scheduling, coordination, and problem solving on a daily basis. Mr. Cladny has managed over $100 Million of commercial construction during the last 15 years in the Western United States. Projects include public sector lump sum projects for the Army Corps of Engineers, General Services Administration, and many City and County agencies, as well as negotiated private sector projects. Mr. Cladny personally managed the change process for major portions of Denver International Airport, with changes exceeding $50 Million. Many of these changes involved classic change senarios including losses to productivity by the stacking of trades, overtime and scheduling inefficiencies.
